CCA 19 – Stipulated Price Sub-Subcontract (2025)

Description

UPDATED 2025 – Standard sub-subcontract form between subcontractor and sub-subcontractor where payment is based on a stipulated or fixed price. Users can choose between the refer-by-reference or standalone approaches simply by completing either page 2 or 3 (not both) and discarding the other page. Using this document requires using a Copyright Seal – purchase of the electronic document includes 2 free seals with purchase. “Signing” originals must have a copyright seal affixed to the contract. Additional copyright seals can be purchased from SICA as required.

Special Information Regarding Electronic Contracts:

• You will receive a second email, after your receipt, with the registration number for the document
