CCDC 18 – Civil Works Contract (2023)

Description

Standard prime contract between Owner and Contractor for civil works construction, e.g. roads, bridges, dams, underground utilities, etc. Using this document requires using a Copyright Seal – purchase of the electronic document includes 2 free seals with purchase. “Signing” originals must have a copyright seal affixed to the contract. Additional copyright seals can be purchased from SICA as required.
